ADEO – Multi-Business-Unit Data Platform
Designed a strategic platform enabling business units to define their data schemas and share only explicitly authorized information.
✓ Strategic MVP delivered on schedule by a multi-vendor project team
Context
ADEO launched a strategic internal project serving multiple business units. A dedicated team bringing together contractors from several companies was assembled to deliver the MVP.
Need
Each business unit needed to define its own data schemas through an API. The platform had to validate the consistency and integrity of stored information while allowing data to be shared between entities under explicit authorization.
Implementation
I contributed to the design and development of the platform with Node.js and MongoDB, including:
- configurable schema definition through the API;
- validation, consistency, and integrity controls;
- an inter-business-unit authorization system restricting read access to explicitly granted data.
Outcome
The MVP of this strategic project was delivered on schedule by the team assembled to build it.
